Reflections

What I enjoyed about the Omeka Exhibit project is that I acquired new knowledge of Trinity University's rich history that I did not know about. What surprised me about this project is that while learning about the history of Trinity, I also concluded that Trinity is embellished in Sport. The most challenging aspect of the project was converting my progress report into a historical narrative. I felt that even though I struggled with the paper, I learned a lot about how to write a narrative. If I could start over, I would find a more head coaches viewpoints about coaching a different generation and their struggles. What I learned about history during this project is that it is never finished. We will use history to continue to progress, understand and reason with why things are the way they are today. Something that I have learned about the project that can be applied to life is that even though things happen historically, the people who did these things in the past were in the same shoes as I am today.
