The Next Steps

     Paul McGinlay has revolutionized the game of soccer here at Trinity and without a doubt has left his footprint on so many lives, the men’s soccer program, and Trinity as a whole. His passion, dedication, and drive are evident in his achievements, but his ability to pass these on to his players speaks to his character and the reason the program has been so successful since his hiring in 1991. Coach McGinlay’s next move towards change is having his program moved to Division I. After analyzing his ability to implement change in every way possible, his dedication to the sport and Trinity University, there is no doubt that he will not excel in this next step towards the future on his list.
