Janet Bristor's editorial applauding the members of the '92 baseball team for quitting the use of smokeless tobacco.

In a 1992 article in The Trinitonian, Janet Bristor, “wanted to take a moment to congratulate those members of the baseball team who have kicked the habit of dipping.” Dipping is a very controversial topic today, and Trinity University athletics has not been immune from its effects.

In the article, Bristor expresses extreme respect for the young men who found the motivation to quit a life threatening habit and outlines the dangers of not quitting.
